Our strategic planning session on July 18 generated some good discussion and output, but the updated strategic plan document required some cleaning up afterwards. Working from the draft provided by Bud Crouch and after some massaging by Harold Kramer and me, the Executive Committee accomplished this by working at its October 24 meeting and subsequently by email. We believe the attached document is ready for Board approval, but before formally proposing its adoption it would be a good idea for you all to give it a final review. If you see anything that you believe is incorrect, possibly as a result of misreading of handwritten notes from the breakout groups, please call it to my attention. Thanks.
