All, The LoTW report (Document 24) contains as Appendix 1 the attached policy on LoTW which the study committee would like to be formally adopted by the Board, to clarify what ARRL intends concerning the level of support, and other issues. At this point, I'm not sure whether it is preferable for this to be introduced as a recommendation of the LoTW Study Committee, the A&F Committee (to which the LSC reports), or as a Director motion by myself. At any rate, we intend to bring this before the Board, and so I've excerpted it from the LSC report, so you may consider it.
