A press release issued today -- I saw it on W3UR's Daily DX mailing list -- says that CQ will accept eQSL confirmations for their Worked All Zones, WPX and USA-Counties awards effective immediately. Fees will be paid via PayPal, apparently. That means, I guess, that we won't have to exspend any League resources making CQ awards part of LOTW and can go on to add awards such as WAC, VUCC, and maybe eventually IOTA. As for the wx's effects on Board meeting travel .... The problem is getting from where you live to wherever the meeting happens to be.
