Would anyone object to having Victor added to the SK listing in the minutes for this board meeting? He passed away in between our meetings however this announcement was just posted today. I have no objection. Victor has been an icon in the world of Amateur Radio in PR for many years. When in PR, I found my time spent with him to be enlightening… RIP my friend.
