[arrl-odv:29327] BPL. PLC ABC, CBS NBC and other interference
As we are sort of on the noise topic, anyone care to take a stab at just what this might be? Note the noise moves up the spectrum. It's on ALL bands, 160 up thru 2 meters. Comes and goes.
