It is my pleasure to present report #27 of the Ad Hoc study committee on LotW. This small group has reviewed a wide variety of factors affecting LotW, While we anticipate requiring the rest of 2013 to finish our work, the committee has been able to identify a number of factors that need to be addressed in LotW in the near term. I am sure our report will raise some additional questions, and will be happy to discuss them during the Board meeting, in session or out.
