[arrl-odv:21128] FW: Re: QST App for Apple iOS Devices

Hi, Magz has had some questions about the "Remember Me" function on the iOS app. Her explanation for its operation is below. We will add some language to our general membership email or the FAQ page about it. A couple of Board members have also asked about letting members know about the app. At this time, I have no objection to you discussing and demonstrating the app in person at a hamfest or club meeting. I would prefer that you wait until after we soft launch it (about 10,000 members) next week before you put it in writing either online or in a Division communication. That will make life easier at this end. Also, based on your feedback, we will modify the iOS app to open on the QST cover rather than the intro page. Thanks for all the comments so far, they have been helpful. The "Remember Me" is not meant to keep you logged in once you hit "Log Out." If you would like the app to keep you logged in after you close out of it, do not hit "Log Out."
