Excellent video, Mark. Too bad we relinquished the ARISS role... Absolutely wonderful. What an incredible tribute to all who have made this possible and to all who took part in this event. Thanks, Mark. 73, Art On 1/5/2024 8:46 AM, Mark J Tharp wrote:

Fantastic Mark, this sort of inspiration for young people and the public awareness for the great things that Amateur Radio can bring to motivate young people is priceless. And we need to remember to give Gordon Mooneyhan W4EGM a pat on the back for this. Gordon is on our PR committee. He knew the person from the today show and between him and Rosalie they got all the details together for this story to happen. This was really exceptional. Kudos to everyone involved. I’ll be showing it to my non-ham friends. On Jan 5, 2024, at 6:46 AM, Mark J Tharp <kb7hdx@gmail.com> wrote: Here is a link to the clip. Has anyone know how long NBC will continue to make this available on their website? Or (1) has it been down-loaded it so that it remains available for future use, or (2) does NBC put it more permanently on YouTube or some such for future viewing? My experience is that network show snippets like this often remain at the Internet URLs only for a relatively short time, but sometimes can be found semi-permanently available on YouTube. It would be nice if this were homed where it could be viewed over the next several years (at least) so it could be used for advocacy purposes.
