Jim Dave et. al Last year the USDA started a similar program of grants, wider in scope, to fund "information access" in rural areas. Smoky Hills Public TV, on which board I serve has 3 VHF stations and 8 translators which cover the western 1/2 of KS. We used that grant to fund a new HD transmitter which won't be far from Colby. .....I just hope these giveaway programs don't cut into MY farm program checks :-) 73 Bruce
