It is with regret that I have to inform you that Dennis Motschenbacher, K7BV, will be leaving The ARRL. Yaesu has sought out Dennis to be their new Executive Vice President in charge of amateur radio sales for USA & Canada. This is an incredible opportunity for Dennis who will be relocating to Yaesu's Corporate Office in Cypress California. Dennis has brought solid management expertise, a comprehensive knowledge of the amateur radio industry along with his extraordinary marketing and sales skills to the ARRL. We have become a better organization because of him. He also brought us an unbridled passion about amateur radio and a vision for the ARRL's future. The ARRL will miss him and I will miss him both professionally and personally. Dennis will be leaving us around September 15. Congratulations to Dennis on his new position.
