1 OCT, 2004 - 2200 CDT I just finished reading through the two NTIA BPL documents that were with the FCC today. It's rather strange that interference that "doesn't exist" or "can be notched out" on the nearby Amateur Radio Service allocations, can not be tolerated in various government frequency allocations. In my view, I see a double standard and/or statements being made by BPL proponents, and the FCC that are at considerable variance with the physical facts. And to make matters worse, the NTIA recommends less vigorous measurement standards and procedures. <sigh> 73 - Dick, W9GIG
