I don't have enough information, though it certainly sounds unusual to me for the ARRL or an ARRL Section to be a member of another Amateur Radio organization (other than the IARU, which is a different kettle of fish). What is the organization, and what is its purpose? Why did Steve Ewald think it was a good idea to do this? Couldn't there be some other kind of relationship the Section could have with this organization that would seem more natural to all concerned? 73 - Kay N3KN
