See minute 2: "It was moved by Mr. Harrison and seconded by Mr. Bellows that the CFO solicit proposals from auditing firms for audit and tax services for the year beginning January 1, 2003. Mr. Stinson will communicate this motion to the Foundation." Today a subcommittee of A&F is meeting with firms that responded to the request proposals.
