As usual, Dewayne is full of both "it" and himself. There was no release of the document yesterday. It will probably be released today. We have been expecting it for the past three days. It will propose, as expected, Amateur primary at 2400-2402 MHz, and the full 150 kHz at 5 MHz, also as expected. What WASN'T expected was that we are not going to get (right now) 160-190 kHz. We will only get the 135-137 kHz segment (the more important of the two, given international allocation of the same segment). 73, Chris, W3KD
