Barry: Thanks for forwarding the Minutes. A few questions: 5(a): Who was the "large wholesaler" that we lost and what percentage of previous sales did they account for? 5(c): How did OSHA come to be aware of/involved with "mold remediation in the basement of W1AW"? 6(e): I would like a copy of the "project status report for the IT Department" that was distributed please. Doug: Responding to your questions (obviously, like the Minutes, these should be considered "Board Confidential"): 1. The wholesaler is Baker and Taylor. We have had on-going payment issues with them over the years and we've been back and forth many times. This isn't even the first time we've suspended them. This time it was worse than prior issues, however. They represented about 2.4% of total sales from January to April of this year. 2. We received a letter from OSHA on the basis of an anonymous complaint they had received. One of the alleged hazards indentified was stated as "mold throughout the facility". We engaged an environmental consulting firm to review the entire facility. They identified two instances of mold that needed direct remediation. One was the basement of W1AW and the other was the electrical vault where power comes in from the street. Both have been resolved. 3. I've attached a copy of the IT Department Status Report that was provided to and discussed with the A&F Committee at the meeting. 73, Barry J. Shelley, N1VXY Chief Financial Officer ARRL, Inc.
