President Harrison appointed a committee headed by V.P. Kay Craigie, N3KN to draft the document. The draft was distributed to the Officers & Directors for review and subsequent teleconference discussion. The draft was distributed to the Vice Directors for review and comment via their respective Directors at my suggestion. The draft was discussed via teleconference last night among Directors and Officers. It is being circulated at this moment for vote by the Directors.
