Hi, A few Board Members have suggested that I provide a brief update on the Fathom project, so here goes. We are still on track to launch the new Web site at the end of January. We decided not to launch until after the Christmas Break and the January Board Meeting We demonstrated the content management system for both the A & F and P &SC Committee at their November meetings so many of you have already seen it in operation. With the Board's permission, we will be presenting an update and demo of the actual new site at the January meeting. Some key milestones: * The content was substantially completed on September 10th as scheduled. * Key staff members were trained on content management system (CMS) in October. * Content was loaded into Content Management System throughout October, November and December. * The Fathom technical team have been working out any bugs and adding enhancement to the CMS. * Jon Bloom and staff are working on integrating on the new Web Store and advertising software along with integrating many other legacy applications. * We are currently working on publishing and testing pages for launch at the end of January. * Will are now planning, with Fathom, the actual site launch.
