Attached is a picture of the plan for the Parity Act that we all agreed to at the Board Meeting. As to the grandfather clause issue and HOA applicability issues, and those Directors who have members with those specific concerns, remember that we have a way to address their concerns per the plan. Hopefully, that will help you in your discussions with members and the information you send out in your newsletters. The points:
