I just started to peruse the updated ARRL Directors Workbook that was posted to the ODV website yesterday and immediately noticed a couple of flaws. Section 1. seems to be missing a copy of the Bylaws, and Section 2. includes a Section 2.1-A, which is not identified in the table of contents. This seems to be a copy of what has become known as the code of conduct, which appears to have been edited, but still contains the Section 8. provisions suspended by the Board last January. I haven't yet gone through the remaining 13 sections, but suggest that somebody should if this is intended to be used as a reference guide for the new Directors upcoming orientation. 73, Jim Tiemstra, K6JAT Pacific Division Director
