I thought I had gotten rid of the FCC through my over-the-weekend preparation for a colonoscopy (for those who have not suffered through this test, suffice it to say that preparation includes substantial internal cleansing).
We do need some movement on the Novice refarming matter.
Greg, I think the above is great preparation for considering FCC matters. I assume that the last sentence quoted above is seriously stated, and is not an intended pun (or if it is the latter, it is very funny), and I agree with you. The "Omnibus" proceeding, including our well-planned and well-supported Novice Refarming proposal, is years overdue. There is no good reason why we can't urge the Chairman's office to push this out the door, except that the sluglike WTB can't seem to get it to the Chairman's office! The oldest of the petitions in the group in that proceeding are now four years old! We can push for that with some self-righteousness. 73, Chris W3KD
