[ARRL-ODV:9200] Re: Morse Code Migrating To The Net

The message Coy, from what I read, is that people enjoy using morse code. The "Morse code is dead" crowd may have missed something if people's drive to enjoy Morse code is so strong that they find another medium to enjoy it and this article seems to make just that point. Im wondering if, in the future, we will find people who enjoy using morse code on the internet but aren't hams. -73- Steve, W2ML -----Original Message----- From: Coy Day [mailto:n5ok.ok@worldnet.att.net] Sent: Wednesday, July 30, 2003 11:11 AM To: arrl-odv Subject: [ARRL-ODV:9199] Re: Morse Code Migrating To The Net Steve, I'm not sure what your message is. Is this a suggestion that those wishing to go online should take a Morse code test before doing so? Better not tell the growing number of people sending it over the Internet. Sounds like ole landline Morse is making a comeback. Who knows, maybe this is where the next generation of hams will come from.
