
All, With the idea in mind that ARRL's product/brand is intellectual - our petitions, proposals to the amateur community and the like - as well as the ARRL itself, I suggest that answering "yes" to the following rhetorical question from a management publication should be our goal as the Board and as management: Has your brand captured the market? With our current membership bobbing around much below the 50% level of current amateurs, I also suggest we should do whatever it takes to market our product effectively so we can reach at least this 50% level.
