Jay, et al, Two GLD members contacted me regarding the Swain’s PR release. One simply wondered what was going on and was very satisfied with my answer to him. The second had the immediate reaction of “here our guys at HQ go again, putting their feet into their mouths.” He seemed at least to be reasonably satisfied with my reply. We don't have this particular chart since it has not been needed, but Bill Moore has ordered one. Bernie McClenny says he has measured the distance on a chart as 351 km.
