The committee authorized at Minute 39 has been appointed. Vice President Roderick will chair the committee, whose other members will be Dave Sumner, Paul Rinaldo, Rod Blocksome, and Marty Woll. This committee will work in cooperation with the National Band Plan Threat Assessment committee chaired by VP Bellows. When the membership hears about this band plan committee, some angst will no doubt follow.
