One other thing. There is a spam filter and a spam mail box for our O365 email. If you use the web interface, you can see the messages trapped by the spam filter. I have found missing messages there. Once you move filtered messages from the spam mail boxto the Inbox, the originating addressee becomes "approved" and should not be filtered out. 73, Art -- Arthur I. Default behavior is for the O365 engine is to send a notification for each blocked email - if you’re not getting that, you might be filtering THOSE emails.
