This kind of presentation has been needed for a long time. It shows members what goes on at HQ and what Staff members look like. Putting human faces with names printed in QST and web pages helps League members envision the Staff as people and hams not so different from themselves. I've been trying to get something like this for some time. At one point, Katie Breen (Allen) had made up such a presentation, but I guess it needed editing before it could safely be released into the hands of Directors. Anyhow, I agree with your assessment that such a "presentation really helps." I know I felt I gained a much deeper appreciation of what the League does for its members after I had my first visit to Newington.
