Just a follow-up to my previous email about the NFCC's, if you are asked about this there is nothing wrong with you telling people that we have an existing MOU with the original group. That MOU is still in effect and who we recognize. That was the result of a Board action a few years ago. We have not been contacted by the new group calling themselves NFCC and don't know anything about them other than what has been printed in the announcement that is circulating. Steve Ford, who is the Repeater Directory contact at HQ, has received calls and emails from a few repeater coordinators and that is exactly what he has been telling everyone. The MOU identifies NFCC as a "District of Columbia non-profit corporation." If the NFCC with which we have the agreement is no longer incorporated in DC then there is a basis for confusion, but nonetheless I believe it is obvious who our MOU is with. 73 Joel W5ZN
