Yesterday the FCC put 13 petitions for reconsideration of the BPL Report and Order on pubilc notice, starting the 15-day clock for oppositions. Ours was not among them, apparently (according to Chris) because the FCC hadn't sorted through all of their February 7 incoming petitions. So the clock hasn't started on oppositions to ours (and possibly others). Dave K1ZZ
