After the January Board meeting the A&F Committee solicited input from Directors, Vice Directors and Officers regarding the major questions we should be asking candidates, or addressing in a job description. I've attached a summary of the comments received on the solicitation we made from the Board for input on the CEO job description.

We had less input that I had hoped for, but the next step should generate some more good input.
