Lau passed away earlier this evening at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. I was with her--she was quiet and peaceful all day. She worked in many departments at ARRL HQ, from 1985 to her retirement in 2005. She handled the prestigious Goldfarb scholarship during her years with the ARRL Foundation. --her husband Zack Lau (I won't be in on Friday, the 16th)
