Hi All, One of my more difficult cases with which I've exchanged more than a dozen e- mails with is starting to back off a bit. However, he is looking for proof of what I've tolkd him about the CEPT license. Does anyone know where I can find the information on the web? Here's his exact question: On the CEPT/IARP issue, I can believe the situation with the IARP, since I always get mine from the ARRL and they are the ones who select Class 1 or Class 2. However, none of the information on the ARRL web site, the FCC, the RSGB, nor the OFCOM (UK FCC) indicates that there was a revision to the CEPT agreement since 1992. Also, many UK amateurs are upset with the fact that, according to OFCOM, their Class B, who now have full HF privileges, do not have Class 1 CEPT privileges. Of course, their license structure is different than ours, so the problems may be unrelated. Can you tell me where the information on the CEPT revision might be found?
