[arrl-odv:21834] Hamfest Material Notification

Hi, We are making a change to improve our Hamfest material delivery notification process. The purpose of this change is provide Hamfest organizers and stakeholders with formal notification that their materials have been sent to them. Since we have already sent out all the packages for July and August Hamfests, this change will begin in a couple of weeks with the September packages. We will be sending an email to: 1. The recipient of the Hamfest material 2. The Division Director where the Hamfest occurs 3. The Section Manager where the Hamfest occurs. This email will notify all the recipients listed above that the Hamfest material package has been sent and to what address it will be delivered. It will also contain instructions for ordering additional materials from the website. Thanks to Director Jim Fenstermaker for this suggestion. 73, Harold Harold Kramer, WJ1B Chief Operating Officer ARRL -the national association for Amateur Radio 225 Main Street Newington, CT 06111 (860) 594 -0220 www.arrl.org <http://www.arrl.org>

TNX Harold! This does help clear things up and may circumvent future problems. 73 David A. Norris, K5UZ Director Delta Division Sent from my iPhone On Jul 8, 2013, at 2:05 PM, "Kramer, Harold, WJ1B" <wj1b@arrl.org> wrote:
