Please be reminded that if you have an item for amending the Articles of Association and/or By-Laws, in order for them to be passed with the simple 2/3s majority, those items must be received no later than 30-days before the meeting, which is Wednesday, June 16. You may still bring items for amending the AA/BL after June 16, but their passage will require 12 affirmative votes, rather than 10.
