All: Beginning on Thursday morning, June 19th, we will be upgrading the Mailman software package that is used to support the ARRL e-mail reflectors. We will be upgrading to version 2.1.18-1. While this should resolve the issues created by the major ISPs' adoption of the DMARC standard for the moment, each ISP seems to use their own policies for the adoption. AOL is the most stringent and you will likely see some differences in the way messages come through the reflector from those participants who use AOL e-mail for sending messages.
