[arrl-odv:26691] Petitions filed for 2017 Board Election Cycle
Pursuant to the deadlines contains in the AABL, the people shown below returned petitions by the deadline of noon on August 18, 2017. The petitions not already forwarded to the E&E Committee were sent Friday afternoon and the EYE's deadline for making determination eligibility is this Friday August 25. Based on these petitions, and pending eligibility approvals of the E&E, there will be five balloted elections: Atlantic - Director and Vice Director; Dakota - Director and Vice Director; Midwest - Director. Pending the eligibility approval of the E&E, candidates in five races should be declared elected by the E&E Delta - Director and Vice Director; Great Lakes - Director and Vice-Director; Midwest - Vice Director. Per the Election Rules, all candidates will be informed on today of the names and calls of those filing for the same position. They will also receive instructions regarding the return of the 300-word statements and high resolution photographs for the election materials, which are due by Friday September 1.
