We'll have a chance to gauge reaction and if necessary, adjust the story for Thursday's ARRL Letter. Because September QST goes to the printer tomorrow there's no chance to deal with the dues increase in that issue. We're planning to publish all or most of "The Value of ARRL Membership" in the October issue.
