Please also review the document Director Roderick sent out for the Executive Committee on June 13th [ARRL-ODV:8894]. This was a report from the EC in response to Minute 52 of the July 2002 Board meeting regarding Standing Committee structure. There were only a couple of comments on ODV after it was circulated.
