Michael Bilirakis (FL-9) has reintroduced the Amateur Radio Spectrum Protection Act as HR 691 in the 109th Congress. The bill has been referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. So far there is one co-sponsor, Rep. Bartlett (MD-6). Of course we must get busy lining up additional co-sponsors. We're moving on publicizing the bill now. Dave K1ZZ
