"Made a profit" last year? Barry can verify, but I believe that would be true only if we left cost of goods sold and cost of delivering services to members out of the equation. ARRL Expo in 2005 was a wonderful success and this year's reprise was also a wonderful success, but the real payoff is in goodwill and image rather than immediate bottom line. They're working hard upstairs to get the numbers pulled together. By the way, let me make this opportunity to thank the volunteers, especially those who travelled to Dayton on their own nickel, for putting in so much time at ARRL Expo. We couldn't possibly have managed to leave such a positive impression on the visitors to Expo without you.
