I have e-mailed the LOTW help and received two e-mails indicating that the problem would be resolved by the end of this week and to check the ARRL or LOTW sites for the updates. Nothing! When I attempted to upload logs one day I got a message box saying that my certificate had expired, delete it and request a new certificate. I deleted the certificate and have tried to download my current certificate from my LOTW account which is valid to July, 2012. Still the same error message. This is extremely frustrating.
