Strangely, the URL I gave you for the FCC ECFS doesn't work. The message comes back ""Invalid access". Perhaps it is because FCC has blackballed all ARRL people from accessing the ECFS (just kidding). Anyway, try this instead: Go to the ECFS main page on the FCC web site: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/ Then click on "Search for Filed Comments" in the upper right section called "ECFS Main Links". Then in the box in the upper left corner, enter 04-37 (the docket number) just like that, and click "retrieve document list" at the bottom of that page. That will take you to the latest ten comments filed. Ours is in that column, next to the top one?there as of now. It might be?well below that and out of the top ten by later today.
