My April column deals with the notion of a dues increase and reviewing how we might deal with charging for printed delivery of QST & On The Air. The feedback has been universally positive. Even though it is early, we have received a few dozen emails and phone calls. The phone calls have been to opt out of the printed version of QST "to help ARRL". We are keeping an eye on how many more members choose to opt out of printed delivery. We will be running the survey for members the entire month of May. I will be sending a Member Bulletin at the end of April as a reminder. I will be taking the results of the survey to A&F for consideration and study. I'd like to have a conclusion by the July Board meeting, but we'll see how that goes.
