As I reported, the Development staff is quite capable of handling the day-to-day duties required to operate the office. I am looking for a Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to maximize funding from donors, make connections to major donors and cultivate those relationships, develop and effectively manage major campaigns, and also manage the office and develop its human resources. I am looking for someone with five years in non-profit development field with proven professional fundraising experience. Grant writing experience a plus. Amateur Radio licensee or experience in related technical and/or public service fields is preferred.
