Attached please find two PDF files, constituting a continued complaint of interference from a BPL system operated at Briarcliff Manor, NY by Ambient Corporation on power lines owned and operated by Consolidated Edison. The BPL system is operated pursuant to an experimental authorization, WD2XEQ, File No. 0118-EX-RR-2005. The complaint is being filed on behalf of ARRL, the National Association for Amateur Radio. A copy of the complaint is being mailed to counsel for Ambient Corporation. Paper copies of this filing with the attached engineering exhibit are being filed on paper at the Office of the Secretary and delivered to each of you.
