Here are draft minutes of last week's Board Meeting. Feel free to offer any suggestions and corrections that may occur to you. While we did not do so at the time the agenda was approved, in effect we deleted the item "ARRL participation in NCVEC" when we got to it. Therefore, I deleted it from the summary agenda. Let me know if this causes difficulties for anyone.
