The PR committee desired to give recognition to John Amodeo for his production of "Last Man Standing". He does not technically qualify for either the McGan or Leonard awards (the two awards that the PR committee recommends to the board). The PR committee voted to recommend a special, one time award to Mr. Amodeo, as the PR committee only has control over the awards they can recommend to the board.
