Last night we received word from Jory McIntosh, KJ5RM, that the TXU/Amperion BPL test site in Irving, Texas -- the subject of our March 15 complaint to the FCC -- has been shut down and the equipment removed. Jory confirmed this by personal observation. Dave Sumner, K1ZZ
