The Senate amendment of HR 3630 that passed Saturday morning did not contain Title IV, the telecommunications provisions that included the Amateur Radio study. Presumably that is the version the House will approve this week. John Chwat says: "It is unclear if the House will insist on their bill tomorrow, and whether the Senate will come back in before January. Will contact telecom House counsels to see what their next strategy is. Most probably, it will result in forwarding the provisions included in HR3630 to the House in January, as passed by the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology earlier this month(Dec 1st)." 73, Dave K1ZZ
