"Mr. Roderick moved the Report of the CEO Search Committee to item 5 on the meeting agenda." That was actually a motion to amend that needed to be seconded and voted on. Not sure if that happened CEO search exec session - Chris Imlay was asked to stay also p7 item 12 - who will know what the Mintz & Hoke project is. How about adding "lifelong learning"?
