The October QST editorial deals with the FCC's MO&O disposing of the BPL reconsideration petitions. I coordinated the approach with Joel and ran it past both Ed Hare and Chris Imlay to ensure accuracy. While the editorial takes issue with the two most serious failures in the MO&O it does not commit the ARRL to a particular course of action, other than continued aggressive confrontation in cases of actual harmful interference.
